A day in Laval

Take a trip to Laval, just 10km from your guest house: you'll appreciate its many points of interest. Start by strolling through the city centre: you'll come across the Pont-Vieux (Old Bridge), as well as the Château (Castle), reminders of Laval's rich past.

You can also recharge your batteries with a walk along the Mayenne River or in the Jardin de la Perrine. Other must-sees include the Basilica of Notre-Dame d'Avesnières, the Saint-Julien wash house boat, and the central market.

Laval is also renowned for its end-of-year illuminations. Through decorations and displays, you will be immersed in a unique world.

Walks in the heart of nature

On foot, by bike or on horseback, immerse yourself in the soothing scenery of Mayenne. Beautiful walks await you near your bed and breakfast, just a stone's throw from Laval.

Choose a route that suits you and enjoy the beauty of the landscapes. In the heart of nature or along the towpaths, you will enjoy discovering the region in a new light.

Several routes are to be discovered in the region: embark on the Vélo Francette, which runs along the Mayenne, or put on your shoes to admire the Bizeuils peat bog.

Villages that blend charm and character

Around Laval and your accommodation, numerous villages are worth a visit. Each one will charm you with its history and authenticity.

For example, head to Sainte-Suzanne-et-Chammes to discover its castle and stroll through its cobbled streets. Lassay-les-Châteaux and its rose garden are sure to charm you. Parné-sur-Roc, designated a "Petite Cité de Caractère" (Small Town of Character), is also a must-see.

Among the most beautiful villages in Mayenne, you will also find: Saint-Denis d'Anjou, Saulges, Fontaine-Daniel, Saint-Pierre-sur-Erve or Chailland.

Sports and cultural activities

Many other activities are available to you during your stay. Near our establishment, there is an equestrian center ideal for lovely rides.

You'll have the opportunity to perfect your swing on the 27-hole golf course, located near Fleurs des Champs. Fishing and water sports are also available. Several sporting events, such as trail runs and marathons, punctuate the year.

Several museums will allow you to learn more about the region and its culture, such as the Maison de la Moisson, in Beaulieu-sur-Oudon or the Coutellerie du Maine Anjou, in La Roche-Neuville.

Le cadre est un véritable havre de paix : le jardin est magnifique, les environs sont superbes et le calme absolu permettent une déconnexion totale. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, tout simplement excellent et préparé avec soin. Une adresse précieuse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Cette maison d’hôtes a changé de propriétaires mais l’expérience est toujours aussi satisfaisante. Super pour les petits citadins qui apprécieront la découverte de tous les animaux présents. Le PDJ est très qualitatif (coup de cœur pour le granola maison !). Un très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Merci à Elizabeth et Jean-Yves.

Deux nuits à une semaine d'intervalle,dans deux chambres de grand confort. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le parc, magnifique ! La qualité de l'accueil donne envie de revenir !!!

Court séjour lors de notre passage à Laval. Accueil tres chaleureux et endroit paisible. Les hôtes ont été charmants du début à la fin. L'endroit est parfait pour une pause en pleine nature au calme. La chambre était parfaite, propre... Le petit dejeuneŕ était parfait également. De plus, endroit idéal pour les couples avec enfants. Nous recommandons +++ Tout était parfait !
